'New Builds' would be our second most popular service, this is generally because of the area & suburbs we typically work in, there is just more space to renovate than build new in Auckland.

We meet with you to understand your needs & clarify our role in your project. This would typically be before you have consent, you may or may not already be in the design process with an Architect.
Once we decide that we like each other enough and would consider working together I will create a scope of work document and a preliminary budget.
This costs between $500 - $2,000 depending on the size & complexity of the project. If you choose to go ahead with us we refund this cost.
Planning is everything in today's environment. We manage the entire build & work collaboratively with your Architect & Interior Designer.
Once we have a signed contract we will put together a full project schedule, in this i will detail dates for sub contractors, estimated stage completion dates & even dates we need to order materials to avoid delays.
